Executive Leadership Series
In 2003, The Gathering and
M.B. Flippen & Associates (www.flippengroup.com) joined together to produce a workshop
based on Flippen’s Executive Leadership
Series. Over 185 community leaders have attended. At the workshop,
men and women learn how leaders motivate, communicate and overcome their own
personal constraints in order to perform at their best. The Gathering’s
goal in participating with Flippen was to help Christian business leaders excel
in business and in living out the Christian faith. We believe the two are
inseparable. We also know that many leaders work in a vacuum, apart from the relationships
and support that is needed by each of us.
By working and sharing
with the group for two days, each participant found new ideas and new resources
to help with everyday challenges of being a leader.
