Seeing the End from the Beginning
a message from Nathan Cundiff
Text: Romans 4:17
Faith, like its author,
sees the end from the beginning. We who walk by faith, see the end from
the beginning. This is what it means when the Bible says that He calls
those things that be not as though they were. Any artist can understand
this. First they get the vision as to what the end looks like. Once
that artist has that vision, the artist works to see the vision on the
inside become a reality. This is the way it is with faith. We get the
Word, the vision, our Father's plan. Once we know His will, His planned
destiny for us, we can follow it through to the end. We, like our
Father, can know the end from the beginning.
We can see by the faith
(total trust and reliance in Him), our destiny fulfilled. We don't
blindly wonder how, why, when. We believe God. We put our confidence in
His unfailing, Word. His Word is our map to His pre-planned destiny for
you and I. His map to our healing, our righteousness, our wholeness. Do
this today, make the commitment to trust wholeheartedly in the Word of
God. See the end (the outcome) from the beginning. See that He who
began a good work in you is faithful to fulfill it.
