Purpose Statement Earthen Vessels is a teaching, counseling and encouragement ministry to women revealing "Christ in you, the hope of glory" (Col. 1:27) bringing to all the hope that Jesus Christ meets you at your deepest need.   Our Mandate ... or Womandate  :-) Earthen Vessels mandate is to: follow the Lords leading one step at a time to take the next step as led to pray over each thought, idea, or suggestion, then act according to His revealed will to learn to trust God in all things as we focus on Him alone to help crackpots!   Goals Earthen Vessels goal is to direct women to the truths in Scripture relating to: God as our Heavenly Father (Matthew 7:11) our identification with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection (Galatians 2:20) Christ as Savior, Lord and Life (John 3:16,17; Proverbs 3:5,6; John 15:5) the need to come to the end of self (Luke 9:23,24 ) appropriating these truths on a moment by moment basis so they will in turn be able to minister these truths to others (2 Corinthians 1:3-6)   Present and Future Ministry of Earthen Vessels retreats for women seminars or conferences Bible studies counseling one on one discipling training workshops to equip ladies to minister to others quarterly newsletter correspondence courses on-line Bible study any other avenues of outreach as the Lord directs
